The airport saw a steady increase in passenger traffic, welcoming 625,695 passengers in March 2025. This marked a 4.8% rise compared to the same month in 2024. The growth reflects the airport’s rising significance as a regional and international travel hub.
Moreover, Queen Alia International Airport recorded 5,741 aircraft movements in March 2025, reflecting a 4.8% increase year-on-year. This growth demonstrates the airport’s expanding flight services as airlines adjust to the increasing demand for travel.
However, the airport’s cargo sector faced a 2.7% decline in March 2025, handling 6,187 tons of cargo. Despite this, the airport remains a key logistics hub for the region.
The first quarter of 2025 set a new record with 2,137,322 passengers, an 8.5% increase from 2024. This rise reflects Queen Alia’s efforts to enhance services, introduce new routes, and improve the overall passenger experience.
