British Airways Honours 100 Years with Indian Culture Celebration!

British Airways celebrates its 100-year connection with India and the UK by infusing Indian culture into its onboard experience. Passengers flying through November can enjoy the rich blend of British and Indian hospitality. The airline has curated special menus with traditional Indian dishes and enhanced its in-flight entertainment by offering a wide selection of Indian films.

Onboard meals now include iconic Indian delicacies, designed to reflect the diverse flavors of India. The centennial menu features dishes like lamb curry, Phaldari kofta, and spiced chai to deliver an authentic Indian experience. Passengers across all cabin classes can enjoy these unique meals, adding cultural depth to their flight.

To further immerse passengers in Indian culture, British Airways has expanded its library of Indian films. Travelers can now watch classics and modern hits, ensuring a wide variety of entertainment options during the flight.

In addition to the cultural enhancements, British Airways continues its commitment to India by offering 56 weekly flights from major cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. An additional flight will be introduced in April 2025, increasing connectivity between Delhi and London. The airline’s connection to India remains stronger than ever as it commemorates this remarkable centenary.
