United Airlines is launching exciting new routes to Spain this summer. Starting in 2025, United will offer direct flights from Newark Liberty International Airport to Malaga and Palma de Mallorca. These connections make it easier than ever to visit Spain’s top destinations. Whether you’re heading to the Balearic Islands or Andalusia, United provides a seamless travel experience.
United will operate daily flights to Malaga on its Boeing 757 aircraft. Passengers will have comfortable seating, with options from Polaris Business to Economy Plus. For Palma de Mallorca, United will run multiple weekly services with its Boeing 767 aircraft. This makes United the only U.S. carrier offering direct flights to both destinations.
Spain remains one of Europe’s most popular travel spots, especially in the summer. With its culture, stunning landscapes, and vibrant cities, it’s no surprise United is expanding in Spain. Malaga’s airport is one of Spain’s busiest, while Palma de Mallorca is famous for its picturesque beaches and lively nightlife.
United expects high demand for its new routes. The connections open doors to travelers heading to Southern Spain or nearby places like Gibraltar and Ibiza. United’s growing transatlantic network gives more choices for U.S. travelers.
