This includes an exciting Instagram contest offering ten lucky UK residents the chance to win £100 in Wizz Credits. Additionally, passengers at Gatwick Airport can capture personalized memories through an interactive photo booth, creating keepsakes of their journeys.
This milestone comes as Wizz Air’s presence in the UK continues to flourish. The airline has expanded its fleet to 17 aircraft and is preparing to introduce the Airbus A321XLR in March 2025 at London Gatwick. This new aircraft will support long-haul routes, starting with a new service to Jeddah. The addition of this state-of-the-art aircraft will allow UK travelers to explore more destinations at competitive prices.
Since its first flight in 2004, Wizz Air has marked 20 years of growth, particularly in the UK market. The airline now operates up to 168 daily flights across 95 routes, connecting passengers through major airports such as London Gatwick, Luton, and Glasgow.
