Air India is improving its Delhi-Bangkok route, offering passengers more flexibility and comfort starting January 2025. The airline will deploy retrofitted A320neo aircraft, which feature updated interiors in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class. Additionally, Air India will introduce a fourth daily flight on January 1, 2025, giving travelers more options for their schedules.
This strategic move highlights Air India’s commitment to improving both regional and international services. It also demonstrates the airline’s efforts to meet the growing demand for travel between India and Southeast Asia. The retrofitted A320neo aircraft will feature ergonomic seats in Economy, ensuring comfort on short-haul international flights. Furthermore, Premium Economy provides additional legroom and enhanced seating options. Meanwhile, Business Class passengers will enjoy fully refreshed cabins with recliner seats, offering a top-tier experience.
In addition to these upgrades, Vista Stream is another exciting feature of the new service. This complimentary wireless inflight entertainment service allows passengers to stream over 1,600 hours of entertainment, including movies, TV shows, and music, to their personal devices. Clearly, this innovation enhances the overall travel experience.
Moreover, the addition of a fourth daily flight between Delhi and Bangkok improves convenience for travelers. Passengers can now choose from various departure times, making it easier to select a flight that fits their schedules. As a result, Air India’s expanded flight options strengthen its position as a leading carrier in Southeast Asia. It also reinforces its role as a key gateway to North America and Europe.
Thanks to improved connectivity from cities like New York, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, London, and Frankfurt, Air India enables seamless connections to Delhi. This expansion further boosts its global network, offering a smooth travel experience across continents.
