Juneyao Air is significantly expanding its European routes for the summer of 2025. The airline plans to strengthen its connections between Shanghai and several major European cities. This move is in response to the rising demand for travel between China and Europe. Starting April 13, 2025, Juneyao Air will increase its Shanghai-Pudong International Airport (PVG) to Athens route from three to four flights per week. The service, which began in April 2024, uses Boeing 787-9 aircraft and is the first direct connection between Shanghai and Athens.
In addition to Athens, Juneyao Air is also enhancing its services to other European destinations. Flights from Shanghai to Brussels will increase from three to four times a week. Furthermore, Juneyao Air will introduce daily flights to Manchester between June 21, 2025, and October 9, 2025. This significant increase will ensure more frequent and convenient travel options for passengers heading to these key cities.
Along with these updates, Juneyao Air will maintain its four weekly flights from Shanghai to Helsinki. Moreover, passengers from Zhengzhou will enjoy regular flights to Helsinki, with four weekly departures. Additionally, travelers can look forward to two weekly flights to Milan from Zhengzhou. The airline continues to prioritize passenger comfort, focusing on inflight service upgrades and enhancing cabin amenities. These improvements will cater to both business and leisure travelers, providing a seamless journey.
Through these expanded services, Juneyao Air demonstrates its unwavering commitment to improving connectivity between China and Europe.
