ITA Airways is gearing up for an exciting 2025, unveiling major route expansions and improved services at BIT Milan. To enhance connectivity, the airline will introduce a new direct flight between Rome and Mauritius, starting November 7, 2025. This intercontinental route will operate twice weekly, offering travelers a seamless link to the tropical destination.

In addition to this, ITA Airways is strengthening its European network for Summer 2025. The airline will serve 59 destinations, covering domestic, international, and intercontinental routes. Furthermore, seasonal flights will increase, connecting travelers to top holiday spots in Greece, Spain, and Italy. These additions will not only cater to rising demand but also boost accessibility for leisure travelers.

Besides expanding its Mediterranean routes, ITA Airways is launching new connections in Northern Europe. Specifically, the airline will introduce a Milan Linate–Rostock Laage service and a Milan Linate–Munich route. Since the Munich connection starts on March 30, 2025, it will provide multiple daily flights for seamless travel. Additionally, the airline is resuming night flights between Rome and Tel Aviv, ensuring more flexible options for passengers.

At the same time, ITA Airways continues to strengthen its ties with Lufthansa Group, bringing exclusive benefits to passengers. Notably, the integration of the Volare loyalty program with Miles&More will allow members to earn and redeem points across multiple airlines. As a result, travelers will gain access to over 130 lounges, enjoy optimized terminal operations, and benefit from an expanded codeshare network. These enhancements will improve connectivity and streamline travel for passengers flying across Europe and beyond.
