This premium experience, created in partnership with Moët & Chandon, features 18 gourmet dishes that perfectly complement the champagne brand’s signature flavors. To craft this extraordinary menu, Emirates worked closely with Moët & Chandon’s culinary experts. Over the past year, chefs carefully tested and refined each dish to ensure it meets the airline’s high standards while remaining suitable for global service. As a result, the selection offers a mix of seafood, premium meats, and plant-based options, catering to a variety of tastes.
For those who enjoy seafood, poached scallops with green melon and kumquat deliver a fresh and delicate flavor, enhanced by Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016. Meanwhile, passengers craving something richer can indulge in roasted duck with raz el hanout-spiced couscous, perfectly paired with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial. This combination creates a bold yet refined dining experience. Additionally, Chilean seabass with artichoke purée and lemongrass sauce offers a balanced dish that pairs beautifully with Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
Vegan travelers can also enjoy thoughtfully crafted options, such as braised coral lentils in coconut sauce with basmati rice and spiced cauliflower. Paired with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, this dish brings together hearty textures and bright flavors for a satisfying meal.
