Flynas is strengthening its presence in Central Asia by opening a new office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This strategic move enhances the airline’s international network and supports its growth during the Hajj and Umrah seasons. By expanding its operations, Flynas aims to make travel more convenient for millions of pilgrims heading to Saudi Arabia.
The Tashkent office opening aligns with Flynas’ ambitious vision to connect more destinations to Saudi Arabia. The airline’s expansion supports the country’s National Civil Aviation Strategy, which aims to link Saudi Arabia to 250 international destinations by 2030. This initiative also plays a crucial role in Vision 2030, which seeks to boost tourism and strengthen the aviation sector. Additionally, Flynas’ growth aligns with the Pilgrims Experience Program, which enhances access to the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina.
Flynas has been a key player in connecting Saudi Arabia with Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries. Since 2022, the airline has operated frequent flights between Jeddah and Tashkent, along with direct services to Namangan. Flynas also provides direct routes to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, solidifying its position as the leading Saudi carrier in the region.
Currently, Flynas operates more than 1,500 weekly flights across 70 destinations in 30 countries. Since its launch in 2007, the airline has flown over 80 million passengers, demonstrating its strong presence in global aviation. With plans to expand its network to 165 destinations, Flynas continues to grow in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s economic and tourism goals. This expansion strengthens the airline’s role in fostering international connectivity while driving economic development for the Kingdom.
