Turkish Airlines Expands Routes: New Flights to Cambodia

Turkish Airlines expands its global reach with direct flights between Istanbul and Phnom Penh. These flights start in December 2025, boosting trade, tourism, and connectivity. As the only European airline flying to Cambodia, Turkish Airlines strengthens its commitment to seamless travel.

Notably, this expansion adds Cambodia as the seventh Southeast Asian country in the airline’s network. Moreover, Phnom Penh becomes the eleventh city in the region served by Turkish Airlines. This addition further increases its Far East operations to 20 cities across 21 airports.

Additionally, flights run three times a week with a layover in Bangkok. Planes leave Istanbul on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Meanwhile, return flights from Phnom Penh operate on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This schedule provides easy connections for travelers between Türkiye and Cambodia.

Furthermore, travelers can book flights from July 31, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Introductory fares start at $659 for Istanbul–Phnom Penh and $649 for Phnom Penh–Istanbul. However, prices may change depending on the booking source. Passengers can buy tickets through the airline’s website, sales offices, and authorized agencies.

This new route fuels business and tourism, creating economic opportunities. Since Cambodia offers a rich culture and heritage, more visitors from Europe and beyond will arrive. As a result, Turkish Airlines strengthens its position as a top global carrier by increasing access to key destinations.

With this latest expansion, Turkish Airlines connects more people and places. Ultimately, the airline remains focused on offering travelers better choices and stronger global connectivity.
