American Airlines is stepping up its dining game with fresh meals, upgraded drinks, and new redemption options for travelers. As spring travel picks up, passengers can now enjoy gourmet breakfast, all-day dining, and a premium selection of beverages. Starting March 4, select Admirals Club lounges will introduce these new offerings, with in-flight meals following on March 12.
To enhance the onboard experience, American Airlines is rolling out sliders and fries for premium cabin passengers on flights over 900 miles. Since the airline’s trial run in Chicago received great feedback, this meal will now be available for pre-order nationwide. Additionally, travelers can choose from an expanded breakfast menu, featuring omelets, frittatas, and breakfast wraps.
At Admirals Club lounges, regional flavors will take center stage. In Miami, travelers can enjoy customizable tacos, while Dallas visitors can savor authentic Argentine beef empanadas. Meanwhile, other locations will serve honey mustard pork loin, vegetable yakisoba, and sweet and sour pork. By incorporating seasonal ingredients and local favorites, the airline aims to provide a more exciting dining experience.
To complement these meals, American Airlines has introduced a refined selection of premium spirits and mixers. The upgraded bar now features high-end liquors, along with a rotating monthly mocktail. In March, passengers can try the Peachy Keen, a refreshing alcohol-free option.
Furthermore, starting March 18, AAdvantage® members will have another way to enjoy their miles. They can now redeem miles for food and drinks on eligible flights, expanding the already popular option of purchasing a One-Day Admirals Club pass.
With these improvements, American Airlines is making travel more enjoyable. Whether in the lounge or onboard, passengers can look forward to a better dining experience with fresh flavors, high-quality ingredients, and more ways to indulge while flying.
