Richmond’s background also includes work at Deloitte, where he began his career as a certified public accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Therefore, his diverse professional experience will undoubtedly benefit American Airlines in this pivotal leadership role.
