The new store sits in Sequis Tower and spans 221 square meters. It offers Indonesian travelers a luxurious, customer-focused environment. Visitors experience personalized service while browsing Emirates merchandise and travel gear. Beige interiors and modern furniture create a relaxing, elegant space.

Emirates designed the store to simplify and elevate travel planning. Four service counters offer flight booking, ticketing, and travel assistance. Trained advisors help customers with current promotions, destinations, and travel services. This direct service ensures efficient support at every step.

A Ghaf tree display sits above an LED screen that features Emirates’ global services. This visual draws attention to the airline’s global reach and ongoing promotions. Near the entrance, a voice-activated selfie screen allows guests to take scenic photos. They can scan a QR code to save the images instantly.

The store features a smart queue system that speeds up service. Emirates Skywards members and walk-in customers benefit from shorter wait times. Customers can also give feedback quickly through WhatsApp. These updates make visits smooth and enjoyable.

Emirates has served Indonesia for more than 30 years. It operates daily flights from Jakarta and Denpasar to Dubai. This store strengthens Emirates’ role in connecting Indonesia to over 140 destinations worldwide. The airline remains committed to growing its regional influence.
