This Popular Snack Just Got Banned From Flights (and It’s Not What You Think)

Korean Air recently announced a significant change in its snack service that will take effect in mid-August. Due to increased turbulence, the airline has decided to discontinue serving instant ramen, a popular snack option, on some of its long-haul flights. Passengers flying in economy class on Korean Air’s long-haul flights will no longer have the option of instant noodle cups, but the airline is committed to providing a variety of alternative snacks to cater to passengers’ preferences. In addition to the removal of instant noodles from the menu, Korean Air is introducing a self-service snack bar on long-haul flights to enhance passenger satisfaction and offer a diverse range of snack options.
