Get ready for more affordable travel options as Frontier Airlines, the popular ultra-low-cost carrier, expands its network with 11 new routes across 15 airports this fall. These new services will take flight in October and November, connecting travelers to popular destinations like Atlanta, Austin, and Hollywood.
Cincinnati Takes Center Stage
Starting October 12, Frontier will launch a new route from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), expanding its total services at CVG to an impressive 20. This strategic move coincides with the establishment of a new crew base at CVG, making it an even more attractive hub for budget-conscious travelers with introductory fares as low as $29.
Atlanta Expands Its Reach
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will witness the addition of three new routes. The first, commencing on October 11, will connect Atlanta to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) with three weekly flights. November will see the launch of two more routes connecting Atlanta to major United Airlines hubs: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) from November 4 and Dulles International Airport (IAD) from November 14. These routes will offer daily flights with enticing fares starting from just $19 one-way, placing Frontier in direct competition with industry giants United and Delta.
Frontier Returns to Dulles International Airport
Frontier’s comeback to Dulles International Airport (IAD) after ceasing operations in 2021 marks a significant development. While the airline maintains routes at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), this move signifies a strategic return to IAD. New services will include daily flights to Atlanta and a four-times-weekly route to Orlando International Airport (MCO) starting November 14.
A Commitment to Affordable Air Travel
These strategic expansions underscore Frontier Airlines’ unwavering commitment to broadening its network and offering budget-conscious travelers greater accessibility and affordability across the United States.
