Ready for Fall Travel? Check Out London-Stansted’s New British Airways and Ryanair Routes


London-Stansted Airport (STN) is brightening up autumn with the announcement of new routes from British Airways and Ryanair. This exciting update includes five new destinations, enhancing travel options for passengers as the season progresses.

British Airways Expands at London-Stansted

British Airways, which recently resumed operations at London-Stansted, has launched a new weekly flight to Split, Croatia. The service, operated by BA CityFlyer, departs every Saturday at 12:55 PM and arrives in under two and a half hours. The return flight is scheduled for the same day at 5:05 PM.

Ryanair’s New Routes from London-Stansted

Starting October 2024, Ryanair will introduce new routes from London-Stansted. The airline will fly twice a week to Linz, Austria—a new destination from the UK. Ryanair already connects Stansted with Klagenfurt, Salzburg, and Vienna, adding Linz to its portfolio as passengers seek fresh seasonal destinations.

Ryanair will also begin flights to Reggio, Italy, every Wednesday and Sunday from October 2024. Additionally, from November 2024, the airline will add Dubrovnik, Croatia, to its schedule with flights on Wednesdays and Sundays. Finally, Ryanair will launch flights to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, every Monday, Friday, and Sunday starting in November.
