Southwest Airlines Close Behind

Southwest Airlines is close behind with 348 scheduled in September. The airline uses three aircraft types: the 737-700, 737-800, and 737 MAX 8. The 737-700 operates the most flights, followed by the 737-800 and MAX 8. Southwest will provide 53,672 seats this month, making it a strong competitor.

Delta, United, and Frontier Competing for Market Share

Delta Air Lines ranks third with 276 flights this month. However, it offers fewer seats, with 19,320 available. United Airlines follows with 180 flights and 25,611 seats. Frontier Airlines, a low-cost carrier, has 120 flights scheduled and will offer 22,364 seats in September.
