Aer Lingus has joined forces with Riverdance to celebrate three decades of Irish dance and culture. As the Official Airline Partner for the 30th Anniversary Tour, Aer Lingus will support the legendary dance show as it captivates audiences across North America, the UK, and Ireland throughout 2025.
Riverdance began as a brief yet mesmerizing performance during the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest. A year later, it transformed into a full-length theatrical masterpiece. Since then, the production has thrilled millions worldwide. Now, Aer Lingus plays a key role in bringing this cultural phenomenon to new and familiar audiences.
The 2025 tour, titled “Riverdance – The New Generation,” will span 45 cities across the USA and Canada from January to June. Notably, major Aer Lingus destinations, including Boston, Toronto, Chicago, New York, and Washington DC, will host the electrifying performances. After completing its North American journey, Riverdance will return home for a 14-week engagement at Dublin’s Gaiety Theatre. Furthermore, the show will travel to 30 locations across the UK before concluding with a grand finale in Belfast.
Aer Lingus continues to strengthen its transatlantic connections. In 2025, the airline will introduce two new routes to Indianapolis and Nashville. As a result, Aer Lingus will operate 24 transatlantic routes from Dublin, Shannon, and Manchester. Additionally, travelers flying from Ireland to the United States can benefit from convenient US preclearance services in Dublin and Shannon airports.
