Austrian Airlines has officially begun operations from Terminal 1 at Velana International Airport, enhancing its connectivity to the Maldives. The first flight under this new operation, OS021, arrived with 321 passengers from Vienna. This celebration also symbolizes the long-standing partnership between the Maldives and Austrian Airlines, which has served the nation since 1995.
