The Digital Graduate program leads this upgrade. Selected candidates will reshape IT infrastructure and enhance the digital experience for passengers. This program supports British Airways’ focus on operational efficiency.
Graduates can choose from nine tracks, including Engineering, Finance, and Commercial Business. Apprentices can select from 11 programs, including Business Professional and Ground Operations. Roles are available in Manchester, Glasgow, and Cardiff.
Interest in British Airways’ graduate and apprenticeship programs has soared. Applications reached over 20,000 in 2023, doubling previous years. This growth shows the rising demand for these dynamic roles.
British Airways connected with over 70,000 young people at nearly 350 career fairs this year. These events spark interest and provide insight into aviation careers. Aspiring professionals can use “Speedbird-Z,” a free career platform with industry insights, learning modules, and skills training.
British Airways also opens applications for the Speedbird Pilot Academy Cadet Program. The program fully funds pilot training, covering £100,000 in costs, making it more accessible. British Airways continues to foster innovation and career opportunities, shaping the future of aviation.
