Caribbean Airlines Connects Guadeloupe and Barbados with New Service

Caribbean Airlines is expanding its network with a new flight service linking Guadeloupe and Barbados. Timed perfectly for the holiday season, this initiative strengthens connections between the two islands. It also highlights the airline’s commitment to enhancing travel across the Caribbean, connecting both French- and English-speaking regions.

The service was marked by the arrival of flight BW287 at Grantley Adams International Airport on December 11. The event was celebrated with festive tokens, making the milestone even more special. This new route comes at a time when travel demand is rising. Caribbean Airlines expects this service to grow, with future flights potentially increasing in frequency. Additionally, BTMI’s ongoing marketing campaign in mainland France is expected to boost passenger numbers.

The new route operates twice a week and will enhance connections between the French Caribbean and Barbados. This service complements a newly established route from Martinique, strengthening Caribbean Airlines’ regional network. If demand increases, the airline may add more flights. This new addition promises to improve the overall travel experience and regional connectivity.

As the leading regional carrier, Caribbean Airlines operates over 600 weekly flights within the Caribbean and to North and South America. With its modern fleet of Boeing 737-800 and ATR72-600 aircraft, the airline offers efficient and comfortable travel. Caribbean Airlines strives to provide top-tier service, celebrating Caribbean culture and ensuring a memorable journey for every passenger.
