Cebu Pacific recently celebrated its 250 millionth passenger. The passenger flew from Singapore to Manila and received a cash prize and free tickets for future travels. This achievement shows Cebu Pacific’s growth, especially after the pandemic disruptions.

On December 11th, Cebu Pacific flight 5J814, from Singapore Changi to Ninoy Aquino in Manila, gained attention. This flight carried the 250 millionth passenger, marking a key milestone for the airline. It highlights Cebu Pacific’s strong growth and passengers’ trust in its services.

The passenger, Russel Capaniarihan, returned to Manila to spend the holidays with family. Cebu Pacific gifted her 25 free round-trip tickets and a 250,000 PHP cash prize. The airline also hosted celebratory activities onboard, including games and prizes for other passengers.

This milestone caps an excellent year for Cebu Pacific. The airline expanded its fleet with 70 new Airbus A321neo jets and celebrated its 10th anniversary of flying to Sydney. Cebu Pacific also added more flights to Melbourne. The airline could soon surpass its 2019 passenger traffic record.
