Welcome Bonus: Earn 75,000 bonus miles after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.
Annual Fee: $0 introductory annual fee for the first year, then $99.
Earning Rates:
- 2 miles per $1 spent on tickets purchased from United and on eligible United purchases:
  - Seat upgrades
  - Economy Plus®
  - Inflight food, beverages, and Wi-Fi
  - Baggage service charges

- 2 miles per $1 spent on:
