LOT Polish Airlines recently completed a stunning overhaul of its Polonez Business Lounge at Warsaw Chopin Airport. The renovation significantly expands the space and improves luxury and comfort for travelers. The airline’s strategic focus on enhancing passenger service for 2024–2028 supports this renovation.
The lounge now spans 860 square meters, which is a 153-square-meter increase. This upgrade adds 60 seats, giving travelers more seating options. The layout blends elegance with practicality, featuring plush armchairs, sofas, and a refined color palette of navy blue, copper, and amber. This aesthetic reflects LOT Polish Airlines’ premium service ethos, similar to recent improvements to the Dreamliner cabins.
One key feature is the new Polonez Gold Lounge, an exclusive area for premium passengers. This area offers private relaxation zones and a peaceful environment. The design prioritizes comfort and privacy, enhancing the overall passenger experience.
The lounge also introduces Relax Spot by Phenomé x LOT, a wellness area with skincare treatments. This partnership with Phenomé offers travelers a unique, spa-like experience before their flights. The Relax Spot will open in May 2025 and set this lounge apart from others worldwide.
Located in the Schengen area of Warsaw Chopin Airport, the Polonez Business Lounge opens daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Travelers on select LOT Polish Airlines flights and those with specific frequent flyer status can access the lounge for a relaxing pre-flight experience.
