From Minneapolis to Orlando: Starlux Opens 20 U.S. Gateways in One Bold Move

Starlux Airlines has announced a bold step to strengthen its North American presence. Moreover, the airline will expand its codeshare partnership with Alaska Airlines to 20 U.S. cities. Consequently, travelers can now reach Minneapolis, Atlanta, Orlando, Newark, Phoenix, and Raleigh-Durham with greater ease. Therefore, the expansion boosts trans-Pacific connectivity between Taipei and America.

In addition, the extended network will allow passengers to connect through Seattle and San Francisco. As a result, stronger links will form between Taiwan and major business and leisure hubs. Furthermore, Starlux Airlines continues to position itself as a leading carrier across the Pacific.

However, one of the most notable developments involves Phoenix. Starting January 15, 2026, Starlux Airlines will launch nonstop flights between Taipei and Phoenix. Moreover, this new service will operate three times weekly, with possible growth later. Thus, Phoenix gains its first direct Asian connection, creating travel opportunities across Arizona and nearby states.

Meanwhile, the airline has also upgraded its loyalty program through Alaska Airlines integration. Consequently, COSMILE members can now earn and redeem miles across Alaska’s network. In addition, they gain smoother booking processes and more valuable rewards. Therefore, the partnership strengthens customer loyalty while expanding travel options for both airlines.

Looking ahead, Starlux Airlines plans further expansion in North America and Asia. Moreover, its focus on service quality and smart partnerships continues to drive growth. As a result, the carrier is reshaping trans-Pacific travel while connecting Taiwan and the United States more effectively.
