Italy’s national carrier ITA Airways now accelerates its growth in the Europe-Asia market. From December 1, 2025, ITA Airways will launch daily flights between Rome and Bangkok. Because demand keeps growing fast, this change supports Italy’s tourism and global aviation goals. Therefore, travelers between Italy and Thailand will enjoy more flexible schedules during the winter season.
Currently, ITA Airways operates three flights weekly on this route. However, from late October 2025, the airline will increase to five flights weekly. Finally, in December, it will offer flights every day. As a result, travelers can easily plan holidays and business trips without hassle. Moreover, passengers in Business Class can enjoy lie-flat beds, gourmet meals, and luxury amenities. While Premium Economy offers extra comfort, Economy guests also receive ergonomic seats and many entertainment choices.
Furthermore, ITA Airways introduced competitive fares to attract both leisure and business travelers. For instance, round-trip tickets will drop to around USD 891 during the festive period. Consequently, this move aims to increase bookings and strengthen market position.
At the same time, ITA Airways expands its alliance with Lufthansa Group. Thus, frequent flyers now enjoy smoother connections, priority services, and generous baggage allowances. This strong partnership improves global reach and ensures a premium experience.
Overall, ITA Airways proves its commitment to meeting modern travelers’ needs. By adding more flights and better services, the airline strengthens its role as a key Europe-Asia connector. As global travel rebounds, ITA Airways continues to push forward and support Italy’s tourism ambitions.
