JetBlue has revealed its new summer schedule, adding several fresh routes from Boston, New York, and key New England cities. As a result, the airline is enhancing leisure travel options, giving passengers even more destinations to explore. In line with its JetForward strategy, announced in July 2024, JetBlue plans to expand its network further. This includes adding more Airbus A220-300 aircraft while eliminating unprofitable routes. Therefore, JetBlue is strengthening its position as the East Coast’s leading leisure airline.
In 2025, travelers from Boston Logan International Airport can look forward to five new seasonal routes. These include flights to popular European destinations like Edinburgh and Madrid, starting in May. Consequently, JetBlue’s Boston base will expand with up to 77 direct connections, allowing passengers to reach vacation hotspots more easily. Additionally, new routes will connect New York’s airports with exciting destinations such as San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and Traverse City, Michigan. These routes provide even more convenient options for travelers seeking summer getaways.
Meanwhile, JetBlue is enhancing its New York operations with new connections from multiple airports. For instance, daily flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to major cities like Washington D.C. and Detroit are being added. Moreover, other routes will link New York airports to destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean, including a daily flight to Guatemala City. Furthermore, the airline is expanding its network to include services from Rhode Island’s T.F. Green and Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport to JFK. JetBlue aims to keep providing affordable, efficient service to leisure travelers across the Northeast.
As a result, JetBlue continues to grow its presence as the go-to airline for East Coast travelers, focusing on expanding its reach to top vacation spots. With more routes to choose from, customers will find it easier than ever to plan their perfect summer trips.
