KLM Expands to 18 UK Airports with New Flights

KLM will soon serve 18 UK airports, adding Exeter in March. This marks the first time KLM will fly from Amsterdam to Exeter since Flybe stopped the service in March 2020. KLM Cityhopper will operate the new daily flight with an 88-seat Embraer E175. If the route performs well, KLM may add a second flight each day.

Exeter will now reconnect to the network after a five-year gap. KLM will provide direct flights to Amsterdam and other European destinations. The flight schedule focuses on connecting passengers through Schiphol hub rather than long-haul travel. The flight times aim to meet the busiest travel periods, increasing connectivity to popular cities in Europe.

Additionally, KLM plans to offer up to 72 daily flights between the UK and Amsterdam by April 2025. Regional jets will support this operation, helping KLM meet increasing demand. This expansion will improve frequency, market share, and connectivity, reinforcing KLM’s leadership in European air travel.

This growth not only extends KLM’s reach across the UK but also offers better travel options for passengers. The airline aims to meet rising demand and ensure a better travel experience. Visit WentWorld.com for more updates on KLM’s services.
