KLM Now Connects Hyderabad to Amsterdam With a Flight That Redefines Europe Travel

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has launched direct flights between Hyderabad and Amsterdam, thereby strengthening India–Europe travel links. The new route started in September 2025, and it immediately positioned Hyderabad as a global gateway. Moreover, the expansion increased choices for business and leisure travelers who now seek faster connections.

Furthermore, Hyderabad joined Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai in KLM’s growing Indian network. The connection highlighted the city’s rapid growth as a hub for technology, pharmaceuticals, and international investment. In addition, this move created a powerful bridge between southern India and Europe’s aviation hub.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines operates the route with a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft. Consequently, passengers enjoy balanced options across World Business Class, Premium Comfort Class, and Economy Class. With frequent flights from four Indian cities, the airline plans to expand weekly services further. As a result, travelers benefit from more convenient schedules during both summer and winter seasons.

In addition, the airline partnered with IndiGo to strengthen domestic reach. Through this collaboration, travelers from smaller Indian cities now connect seamlessly with KLM’s international flights. Therefore, passengers enjoy smoother access to Europe and beyond through Hyderabad and other gateways.

India’s aviation sector continues to grow rapidly, especially after pandemic challenges. Consequently, Hyderabad has emerged as a city with enormous potential for international air traffic. Its booming IT sector, expanding infrastructure, and vibrant tourism industry fuel demand for greater global connectivity.

As a result, the Hyderabad–Amsterdam service strengthens tourism, trade, and international relations. Moreover, travelers gain direct links not only to Amsterdam but also to more than 160 global destinations. Ultimately, the route reinforces KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as a leader in connecting India with Europe.
