LOT Polish Airlines Launches First Business Lounge in Chicago

LOT Polish Airlines has opened its first North American business lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. This new lounge provides travelers with a premium space for relaxation, work, and dining. It is accessible to those flying with LOT Polish Airlines or other Star Alliance members, as well as walk-up visitors.

Situated in Terminal 5, the lounge spans 617 square meters. It features a minimalist design with amber tones and Polish-inspired accents. The space offers a calming atmosphere, located near TSA security and gates, with views of the airport apron. The lounge operates daily from 07:00 to midnight, ensuring accessibility throughout the day.

The lounge enhances LOT Polish Airlines’ service offering, providing high-quality amenities for its passengers. LOT has flown between Chicago and Poland for over 50 years, solidifying its role as a vital link. This new lounge elevates the connection by offering delicious hot and cold meals, including Polish and local favorites. It also includes WiFi, flight schedule screens, and charging stations to support a seamless travel experience.

LOT Polish Airlines strengthens its presence in North America with daily flights to cities like New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Toronto. The Chicago lounge represents a key milestone in this expansion, reflecting the airline’s growing influence and commitment to passenger comfort.

The lounge is free for LOT Business Class passengers and those with Star Alliance Gold status. Other travelers can access it for a fee, including premium economy and economy passengers. As LOT Polish Airlines continues to expand in North America, this lounge plays a central role in improving customer satisfaction.
