Lufthansa Unveils Luxury Allegris Cabin for U.S. Travelers

Lufthansa introduces its new Allegris cabin in the U.S. this spring. The airline upgrades select routes with first-class suites, enhancing luxury travel. Starting March 30, Lufthansa will fly its Airbus A350-900 with Allegris interiors from Munich to Chicago, San Diego, and San Francisco. In April, the airline will expand service to Newark, but this route won’t include first-class suites.

Lufthansa designed the Allegris experience to redefine premium travel. The first-class suite offers a double bed, a personal wardrobe, and adjustable lighting. Business-class travelers enjoy seven seating choices. Premium economy and economy cabins now provide better comfort.

The airline will expand Allegris-equipped jets to more cities soon. Right now, nine A350-900s have the new interior. Eight of them include first-class suites. Later this year, Lufthansa will upgrade its Boeing 747-8 fleet. This change brings the Allegris experience to more U.S. cities. Charlotte will receive the upgraded aircraft in August.

Travelers can book these high-end seats using points. Lufthansa’s loyalty program doesn’t support direct transfers from U.S. credit cards. However, travelers can book through United MileagePlus, Air Canada Aeroplan, or Singapore KrisFlyer.

Lufthansa’s Allegris cabin transforms premium air travel. Its expansion across the U.S. ensures a more luxurious journey for passengers.
