This achievement highlights the airline’s strong commitment to delivering top-quality service. Skytrax, a well-known air transport rating organization, carefully evaluates airlines based on strict service standards. Since only a few airlines receive this top honor, Korean Air’s success makes a big impact.
To assess performance, Skytrax auditors conducted a detailed two-week review. During this time, they flew across seven Korean Air routes and examined over 550 service factors. From airport check-in to baggage claim, they reviewed every detail. The airline stood out for its fast check-in, relaxing lounges, and excellent inflight dining. In addition, passengers enjoy a carefully selected wine list and a meal pre-ordering option, which adds to their comfort.
Furthermore, Korean Air’s entertainment and seating continue to impress travelers. The airline offers spacious and comfortable seats in First, Prestige, and Economy cabins. Additionally, its aircraft maintain the highest cleanliness standards, ensuring a pleasant journey for all passengers.
