Saudia, the national airline of Saudi Arabia, expands its global network with a new direct flight to Bali, Indonesia. This new route is part of the airline’s 2025 expansion plan, aimed at improving global connectivity and supporting Saudi Arabia’s tourism goals. The Bali service, which operates three times a week from Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport, becomes Saudia’s second regular destination in Indonesia after Jakarta.
The first flight, aboard a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, offers passengers a superior travel experience with modern amenities and in-flight services. The new schedule connects smoothly with Saudia’s domestic and international network, along with other SkyTeam partner airlines, making global travel easier for passengers.
This launch fits into Saudia’s 2025 growth strategy, which includes adding international destinations like Vienna, Venice, Athens, and Nice. The airline is also preparing new routes to Antalya in Turkey and Salalah in Oman. These moves strengthen the airline’s presence in key tourism markets worldwide.
Saudia’s expansion supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to attract 150 million tourists annually by the end of the decade. This growth in tourism will create millions of new jobs in the sector. As international travel demand rises, Saudia stays at the forefront of connecting East and West with efficient flight services.
Saudia is also expanding its fleet to meet increasing passenger demand. It currently operates 147 Boeing and Airbus aircraft and will add 118 more planes. The airline is poised to play a central role in the global aviation landscape.
