South African Airways Boosts Connectivity With New Lubumbashi Route

South African Airways will soon offer a new route between Johannesburg and Lubumbashi. The airline will launch five weekly flights in November 2024. This service will enhance business travel and trade within Africa, especially in the mining sector.

The flights will connect OR Tambo International Airport with Lubumbashi International Airport. The direct link will boost cargo movement and increase trade flow.

This route benefits travelers heading directly to Lubumbashi or connecting to other African cities. South African Airways focuses on Africa’s economic growth and industrial development. Passengers can travel without dealing with time zone differences, ensuring smooth business trips.

South African Airways shows its commitment to expanding its African network. The airline responds to market needs while promoting economic growth. By enhancing connectivity, SAA supports business exchanges and trade between South Africa and the DRC.
