The airline continues to strengthen its presence across North America with well-timed adjustments. While Duluth loses a popular winter service, Appleton gains increased connectivity, marking a strategic shift in Wisconsin. Sun Country Airlines is moving operations from Green Bay to Appleton, creating smoother logistics and better regional access. At the same time, the airline is expanding into international markets with the upcoming Minneapolis–Vancouver route. The new service will operate twice weekly from June 2025, connecting the Midwest directly to Western Canada. The Appleton–Fort Myers connection will further serve Midwest travelers heading to Florida’s Gulf Coast.
