United Airlines Elevates Flights With Free Apple TV+ Hits

United Airlines is reshaping in-flight entertainment by offering Apple TV+ shows for free on 130,000+ seatback screens. Consequently, travelers can enjoy award-winning series like Ted Lasso, Severance, and Slow Horses during every journey. Moreover, they can watch without paying extra, which adds significant value to their tickets.

The airline continues to expand its United Next growth plan by adding high-resolution, Bluetooth-enabled screens to each seat. Therefore, its newest aircraft interiors feature stunning 27-inch 4K OLED displays with unmatched clarity. In addition, United Airlines aims to install over 300,000 screens across its fleet in the coming years.

Apple TV+ content now available onboard includes more than 250 episodes of acclaimed dramas, comedies, and documentaries. Furthermore, the entertainment library will grow every month, ensuring passengers always find fresh options. For example, The Morning Show and Bad Sisters will soon join the lineup.

This partnership with Apple also builds on United Airlines’ record of integrating advanced digital features. As a result, travelers can receive real-time updates on iPhones and Apple Watches, including boarding times and baggage tracking. Additionally, the airline supports Apple’s AirTag tracking, which improves lost luggage recovery.

United Airlines also equips employees with iPads and iPhones to enhance in-flight service. Therefore, passengers benefit from faster assistance and smoother communication during their flights. Meanwhile, the addition of Apple TV+ strengthens the airline’s lead in premium onboard entertainment.

Passengers can start a show on one flight and continue it on the next without interruptions. Thus, whether traveling short or long distances, flyers enjoy a richer, more connected journey. With these innovations, United Airlines consistently raises the bar for entertainment at 35,000 feet.
