This season marks a significant milestone, as Wizz Air now operates more than 600 routes, making it the largest winter network in the airline’s history.
Moreover, Wizz Air offers travelers incredible affordability. The airline has made over 28 million seats available, representing its most extensive winter capacity to date. This follows a successful summer, where nearly 40 million passengers chose Wizz Air, resulting in close to 200,000 flights with a remarkable completion rate of 99.3%. The airline has navigated industry challenges effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
In addition to route expansion, Wizz Air enhances customer satisfaction. New membership options, such as All You Can Fly and WIZZ MultiPass, provide more travel flexibility and value. Additionally, passengers can now enjoy streamlined payment options with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut card acceptance for in-flight purchases. These improvements simplify travel for all customers.
Wizz Air remains committed to environmental sustainability. Over the past year, the airline achieved an impressive carbon emissions intensity of just 52.6 grams of CO2 per passenger per kilometer. Furthermore, Wizz Air partners with Airbus to test sustainable aviation fuel, preparing for the upcoming RefuelEU regulation. With its expanded network, enhanced customer offerings, and dedication to sustainability, Wizz Air aims to make the Winter 2024-2025 season its most dynamic yet.
