Flying to Norway Just Got Easier as LOT Adds New Routes from Gdansk

LOT Polish Airlines continues expanding across Europe with new Norway routes from Gdansk. The airline will launch direct flights to Oslo and Bergen during 2026. Moreover, the expansion strengthens travel links between Poland and Scandinavia. LOT Polish Airlines also targets rising demand from leisure and business travelers.

The new Gdansk to Oslo service will operate five times weekly. Meanwhile, the Gdansk to Bergen route will operate three times weekly. These additional connections will give travelers more flexibility and faster access to Norway’s major destinations. Consequently, passengers can avoid long layovers and complicated transfer schedules.

LOT Polish Airlines aims to strengthen its position across Northern Europe through these new services. Furthermore, the airline continues increasing regional connectivity as Scandinavian travel demand grows steadily. Poland and Norway also share strong economic and tourism ties, which continue supporting passenger growth between both countries.

Oslo attracts business travelers because companies continue expanding across technology, finance, and trade sectors. Therefore, the new flights will support stronger commercial cooperation between Poland and Norway. At the same time, tourists visiting Oslo can access museums, waterfront districts, and cultural attractions more easily.

Bergen will also gain stronger tourism access through the direct Gdansk connection. Travelers frequently choose Bergen because the city offers famous fjords, colorful harbors, and dramatic coastal scenery. Additionally, Bergen serves as a gateway for visitors exploring western Norway’s natural landscapes.

The new routes will also support tourism growth in Gdansk. Norwegian travelers increasingly visit the Polish coastal city for its historic streets, Baltic coastline, and cultural landmarks. Direct flights will therefore encourage more short city breaks and seasonal tourism between both countries.

LOT Polish Airlines continues building a wider European network through consistent route expansion. The carrier already connects passengers with destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Consequently, the airline strengthens its reputation among travelers seeking efficient regional connections.

The latest Norway expansion highlights LOT Polish Airlines’ long-term European growth strategy. The airline continues improving accessibility while supporting tourism and business travel throughout the region. These new services will therefore strengthen regional mobility and create smoother travel opportunities across Northern Europe.
