All Nippon Airways has now launched a major connectivity upgrade across its international network. Therefore, the airline rolls out free high-speed WiFi on most long-haul and medium-haul flights. The carrier now equips its Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 787-9, and Boeing 777-9 aircraft with advanced Viasat systems. Moreover, it will add this technology to every new international plane before service entry. As a result, the goal is to cover over 80% of the international fleet with high-speed internet by 2030.
ANA will complete installations on three Boeing 767-300ER aircraft by 2025. Furthermore, it will upgrade three more the following year to expand its coverage. From 2026 onward, the airline will also begin fitting its newest long-haul aircraft with the same system. Thus, these changes will ensure uniform connectivity across routes, keeping passenger experience consistent.
